AMANDA HAYS

Amanda Hays is an artist based in Chicago. She grew up on the west side of the city, in the Austin neighborhood. As a child she worked at theaters including Music Theater Works and The American Girl Place. She studied theater at Northwestern College in Iowa and continued her training at the American Conservatory Theater in San Francisco. She has since worked at a number of Chicago theaters including Redtwist, Citadel, and The Gift. Amanda is represented by NV Talent and is an ensemble member at A Short Leap Theatre Co.

When she is not performing, Amanda enjoys taking dance and yoga classes, sewing a new outfit, and finding ways to make her life more sustainable.
